Description

Mastro balsamic vinegar of Modena is obtained from an intense natural concentrate of wine mash consisting of an array of selected grapes such as the trebbiano, lambrusco, sangiovese, ancellotta and albana varities. The blend is matured in wooden vats made of oak woods. Mastro balsamic vinegar of Modena is exquisite for the preparation of sauces, gravies and marinades. Sprinkled sparingly, it lends aroma and flavour to meats and vegetables, roasted or grilled. Only a few drops Mastro balsamic vinegar of Modena are needed for seasoning a savoury bowl of salad.
