  • Once you purchase, you have entered a binding contract under the terms of the policy.

  • If an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified via email and given the option to wait for the item to become available, choose another item, or a full refund. Backordered items are shipped as they become available.


We ship within Canada and to U.S.. Flat shipping rate, if specified, does not apply to Canadian territories and remote areas. We will contact you for shipping rate after purchase if you are in one of those areas. Unless stated otherwise in item detail page, item will ship from Canada via Canada Post surface or FedEx Ground service or other economy service within 5 business days of received payment except weekends and holidays. If possible, we will combine shipping for multiple items to save your shipping cost.

International Orders (From Outside Canada)

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are normally collected when you pick up the package. Please check with your country’s customs office on what these additional charges will be prior to buying the item(s). International buyers are responsible for these charges.

  • Please note that package can be held up in customs and it can cause delay in shipping time. This is beyond our control and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

Retail Sales Taxes (applicable to Canadian buyers only)

  • For the Canadian buyer, applicable retail sales tax will be charged

  • Taxes are charged on both Item Price and Shipping & Handling charges if applicable.

  • U.S. and other international buyers are exempted from sales taxes.

Return and Refund

  • Unless specified otherwise, every item purchase, except food, health and hygienic products, comes with unconditional money back guarantee minus shipping & handling charge and 15% restocking fee.

  • Before returning, please contact us for a RMA number. All returns must come with a RMA number. Return without a RMA number will NOT be accepted.

  • Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us and all original shipping, handling, insurance, and other fee associated with the returned item(s) are not refundable. For free shipping item(s), we still pay for shipping when sending item(s). The shipping cost associated with free shipping item(s) is not refundable.

  • All merchandise returned must be in its original states with tag intact, undamaged, and unused.

  • Any return must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Upon receipt and careful examination of the returned merchandise, we will issue refund. You will be notified via email after the refund is processed.

  • Please allow at least 1 week from the time we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be issued.


  • We do not offer customer service over the phone. All communication must be conducted via email or web chat

  • We answer all emails promptly, usually within 1-2 days.

  • As a general note, if you do encounter a problem with your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you.

  • For local pickup, special requests and special offers, please contact us.
