It is filled with a natural nutritional granulate and the pre-mixed seeds. Simply add some water and keep it in a bright warm spot while it grows. Once the plant outgrows the Ecopot, replant it in a larger pot, and you can use the Ecopot to start another plant or upcycle it as a pen holder.
